  1. What is DeJaViewed?

DeJaViewed is your one-stop online shopping store which provides thousands of old movies and TV programs DVD’s. From Animation to popular old and new TV shows and film DVD’s you can get the best at very reasonable rates. An excellent online store for purchasing quality DVD’s at an affordable price.

  1. Do I need to sign-up to do shopping at DeJaViewed?

No, however, we highly recommended that you do. The sign-up process is very easy. We encourage you to sign up with us as this avoids the hassle of adding all the details again and again as you shop on our site.

  1. How soon will I receive my ordered DVD? How long does the delivery take?

We use media mail for all standard deliveries. You generally receive your ordered DVD within 2-9 working days. We have a faster shipping option that you can choose at checkout.

  1. Will the DVD’s be in High Definition?

All the DVD’s on our site are in standard definition…

  1. I have a technical problem with DeJaViewed. Can you help me fix it?

If you have a technical difficulty (for example, a movie doesn’t work, a Web page won’t load, sound and video won’t play, etc.), please go to our Technical Support (https://dejaviewed.net/pages/contact-us) for help.

  1. What if I forget DeJaViewed username and password?

It’s a good idea to write down your username and password of your account, just in case you forget.  We suggest this as you might not be accessing the site very often. If you forget your username, you’ll need to create a new account. If you forget your password, there is a “Forgot password” link beneath the login area. Enter your username and follow other procedures to retrieve your password.

  1. What are the different payment options here?

We offer a variety of payment options and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. 

  • How do you guarantee that my personal details and payment information are secure?

Your information is safe and secure. Our servers do not store your details and payment information after your order is completed.  

  1. Why isn’t the animation, TV show or the movies working?

By updating the various plug-ins listed for your DVD, you can solve such issues. If you are receiving an error message and you are unable to solve the issue, do contact us through the contact us (https://dejaviewed.net/pages/contact-us) link.

  1. What can I do if I am not happy with the DVD’s purchased?

We value our customers. So, if you have purchased a DVD and are not satisfied with your product, you can ask for a refund/ replacement. Our warranty is one year on all DVD multi-disc and 90 Day on all DVD single disc.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not shipped.

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders

  1. Does DeJaViewed offer DVD's on sale?

We do provide free shipping and offer products on sale for a limited period from time to time. Check our homepage for free shipping offers alternatively please sign up for our newsletter.

  1. From where do you source the DVD’s?

We buy all our DVD’s from popular US suppliers like Deuce Entertainment, Baker & Taylor and Alliance.

  1. Where can I get the latest updates happening on DeJaViewed?

You can get all the latest updates by subscribing to our newsletter or visiting ours Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Iloveoldtvshows/. If you do not want to receive email updates from us in future, you can always hit “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email message.

  1. What is your return policy?

We understand that it will take much longer than 30 days to watch a TV series. Therefore, we offer our clients 1 full year to enjoy a favorite show or movie and return if not satisfied with their purchase.

  1. Does DeJaViewed offer a guarantee? 

Yes! We guarantee 100% satisfaction to all our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your DVD set. We will replace the set or the disc within one year of your purchase.

  1. Where is DeJaViewed located?

We are in the beautiful little town of West Chester, Pa, just a few blocks away from West Chester University. Our address is 342 Hannum Ave West Chester, Pa 19380

  1. What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours after you received the product and we will replace it immediately. 

 

  1. I have received damaged DVD’s what should I do?

We place all DVD’s in a very thin bubble wrap envelope and we also put paper around the bubble wrap inside the box. If your package does arrive damaged, please contact us via email or our customer support number (484) 604-2206. We will be more than happy to send you a replacement.

  1. I am not happy with the purchase, the DVD set or disc is broken and cannot be viewed?

In all cases that is a factory defect. All our DVDs come from the factory sealed. We visually inspect the outside of the DVD case. It is impossible for us to detect a factory defect. If that does happen we will be more than happy to replace a disc or the whole set. Simply contact us via email or our customer service number (484) 604-2206

  1. Is there an extra charge for shipping the damaged DVD’s back to you? 

Our warranty replacements service is free.

  1. How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply contact us via email or our customer service number (484) 604-2206 to learn more about the warranty claim.

  1. How do I activate my warranty?

Simply go to www.activatemywarranty.net and activate the warranty using the 8-digit warranty code. The code can be easily located on the postcard which is sent to you along with the DVD.

  1. Do I have to activate the warranty?

       Yes, and it must be activated before you break the factory seal.
